Dr George Kassianos is the founder member, President, Fellow & spokesperson for the British Global & Travel Health Association (BGTHA), Immunisation Lead for the Royal College of General Practitioners, member of the Health Protection Agency's Advisory Committee on Malaria Prevention in Travellers, the HPA's UK Advisory Panel on Blood-borne Viruses in Healthcare Workers, Member of the Expert Panel of the British Polio Fellowship, and a number of other UK committees as well as member of the Education Committee of the International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM).
